Welcome to the Muslim Students' Association (MSA) at Ontario Tech University! As an officially recognized club on campus, we are proud to be one of the biggest clubs and the largest faith-based group at the university, serving the Muslim community since 2015. Our team of executives and directors are devoted leaders who work tirelessly to create a supportive and impactful community for Muslim and non-Muslim students on campus.
At the MSA, we are guided by our mission to facilitate worship, foster a holistic Islamic identity, unity, love for the Deen, and ultimately create a sense of community. We aim to create an environment for Muslim students to grow and develop, both spiritually and professionally, so that they can become future inspirational leaders in their daily lives.
The OTU Muslim Student Association is proud to offer a wide range of events, programs, and religious services throughout the school year, which will cater to the diverse interests and needs of our members. From weekly Jumu'ah prayers and Quran study circles that provide spiritual nourishment, to engaging workshops on topics such as Islamic ethics, personal development, and interfaith dialogue, we strive to create a well-rounded experience for our members. To promote social bonding, we organise friendly sports tournaments, picnics, and movie nights, creating opportunities for lasting friendships to form within our community.
We welcome all students to join us on this fulfilling journey of faith, community, and personal development. Together, let's create an environment where every Muslim student can thrive and contribute positively to the campus community and beyond.
